About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been working in mental health since 1998. I provide one on one and group therapy as well as educational presentations.

My goal is for our time together to be a safe space, a learning and growth experience and a journey of self discovery and self assuredness. I am client centered in my approach, I listen to what you want to focus on and your goals as well as how you work best in enacting change and strategies. I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, but can adjust my approach depending on what is best for you.

I don't believe therapy can fix everything, but I do believe it can help us find a way forward that feels healthier, empowering and more balanced. I use humor, science and compassion as my base.
